Certus Pest, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to run a defined territory with an uncapped commission structure. You will receive a company vehicle, leads, training, and a proven sales process to build a personal book of business and drive recurring revenue.

In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end sales cycle, prospect new clients, and upsell additional services. Strong communication and a results-driven mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience and pass a background check and drug screening.
• Preferred: outside sales or commission-based sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and manage a defined sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate referrals, and develop your territory into a real book of business.
• Conduct property inspections and diagnose pest control needs like a professional, not a salesperson reading a script.
• Build and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal to service kickoff.
• Upsell additional services that genuinely help the customer and grow your income.
• Follow up on every lead quickly; most deals are won or lost in the follow-up.
• Partner with the operations team to ensure a great first service experience for customers.

• Resolve customer issues fast, with zero repeat escalations — your reputation is your pipeline
