Certus Pest, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a territory with uncapped earning potential. You’ll receive a company vehicle, training, and a proven sales process while building your own book of business.

Expect to earn $60K–$120K+ OTE with strong commissions and performance bonuses. Candidates should be motivated by results, skilled at closing, and able to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to kickoff.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a territory and pipeline.
• Strong prospecting and lead follow-up.
• Strong closing skills.
• Ability to build and present proposals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug test.
• 5+ years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate referrals, and develop your territory into a real book of business
• Conduct property inspections and diagnose pest control needs like a professional, not a salesperson reading a script
• Build and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal to service kickoff
• Upsell additional services that genuinely help the customer and grow your income
• Follow up on every lead fast and consistently, most deals are won or lost in the follow‑up
• Partner with our operations team to make sure every customer’s first service experience is a great one
