Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Kentucky. The role focuses on introducing business owners to top-tier health benefit plans, driven by a hands-on training program and mentoring.

You’ll conduct consultations, lead presentations, and build lasting client relationships within your territory. Ideal candidates bring a strong drive, the ability to work independently, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand client network within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and reservice clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio and hit targets.
