Qualifications

• High-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates near degree completion or with relevant sales background considered).

Responsabilités

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Develop your client portfolio and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report activity to manager.
