Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team and seeking a driven, energetic individual to join us. We provide extensive training, virtual classes, and hands-on mentoring in your assigned territory.

The role focuses on introducing business owners to top-tier health benefit plans, with opportunities to travel for weeks with teammates. You will build relationships with local owners and manage a growing client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check is required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client needs and arrange visits to new businesses.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and expand client base.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily activity and sales metrics.
