Job summary

CropX is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee its dealer network across the Western Midwest and PNW regions, reporting to the VP of North America Sales. The role requires residency in listed US states and involves significant travel (30–50%).

You will recruit, train, and support dealers, drive regional growth, and work closely with CropX product teams to ensure customer value throughout the season. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in ag sales, farming knowledge or agronomic experience, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience within the Ag Industry.
• Experience developing and executing dealer strategy.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain a strong dealer network in the region.
• Drive territory growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Maintain an active weekly updated sales funnel.
• Assist with onboarding of new dealers and train existing dealers.
• Collaborate with dealers and end-users to ensure ongoing value delivery.
