Job summary

CropX is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the dealer network across Western Midwest and PNW regions. You will report to the VP of North America Sales and must reside in eligible US states. The role focuses on growing a high-performance dealer ecosystem and achieving annual sales goals.

You will recruit, onboard, and train dealers, drive market expansion, and collaborate with CropX teams to deliver value to customers while traveling 30-50%+ as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in the Ag Industry.
• Experience developing and executing dealer strategy.
• Independent thinking with good judgement and problem-solving.
• Farming knowledge and/or agronomic experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 30-50%+ on average; ability to travel seasonally.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain a strong dealer network in the region.
• Drive territory growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Maintain an active weekly updated sales funnel.
• Onboard and train new dealers; support existing dealers.
• Collaborate with dealers to sell CropX solutions and set customer expectations.
• Work with CropX teams to ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Travel and schedule management; work independently.
