Job summary

CropX, a global AgTech leader, seeks a driven Territory Manager to oversee the dealer network across Western Nebraska, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Western Montana and Idaho. The role reports to the VP of North America Sales and requires residency in a listed US state.

You will recruit and support dealers, drive regional sales growth, manage a weekly funnel, onboard new partners, and collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, Product and R&D to ensure a top-notch

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience within the Ag industry.
Proven track record of building dealer networks.
Ability to travel 30-50%+.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Recruit and maintain a strong dealer network in the region.
Drive Territory growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Maintain an active weekly updated sales funnel.
Assist with onboarding of newly recruited dealers and train them.
Collaborate with dealers to deliver value to end users.
Work with dealers and customers to ensure value is delivered throughout the season.
Coordinate with CropX technology development and other teams.
Develop and expand the market; identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, Product and R&D to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Manage schedule and travel independently.
