CropX is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Great Plains region to grow our dealer network and drive sales across Western Midwest and PNW areas. This remote role reports to the VP of North America Sales and requires residence in the listed states.

You will recruit dealers, train partners, and work with the CropX tech team to deliver value to farmers. Expect 30–50% travel and a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of sales experience within the Ag Industry.
• Experience developing and executing dealer strategy in equipment and subscription sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Recruit and maintain a strong dealer network in the region.
• Drive territory growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Maintain an active weekly updated sales funnel reflecting revenue opportunities.
• Onboard and train new dealers and enable existing ones.
• Collaborate with CropX teams to ensure high-quality customer experience.
