Job summary

CropX, a global AgTech leader, is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee its dealer network in the Western Midwest and PNW. The role reports to the VP of North America Sales and requires residency in listed US states.

You will recruit, train, and manage dealers, drive regional growth, and partner with CropX teams to ensure customer value throughout the season. Expect 30–50% travel and a high-impact market expansion role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in agriculture.
• Experience developing and executing dealer strategy and managing dealer partners.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain a strong dealer network in the region.
• Drive territory growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Maintain a weekly updated sales funnel reflecting revenue opportunities.
• Onboard and train new dealers, and support existing dealers.
• Collaborate with CropX teams to deliver customer value throughout the season.
• Travel 30-50%+ as required to cover Western Midwest and PNW.
