CropX, an AgTech company, seeks a Territory Manager for the Western Midwest and PNW dealer network. You will drive sales, recruit dealers, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver value throughout the season. Remote travel and regional focus are essential.

The role emphasizes building partnerships, achieving targets, and representing CropX with customers and partners across multiple states.

Formación

• 5+ years of sales experience within the Ag Industry.
• Experience developing and executing dealer strategy with partners.
• Independent thinking with good judgement and problem solving.
• Farming knowledge or agronomic experience.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills in professional settings.
• Willingness to travel 30-50%+ year round.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and maintain a strong dealer network in the region to drive growth.
• Drive territory growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Maintain a weekly updated sales funnel reflecting opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding and training of dealers and equip them for success.
• Collaborate with CropX teams to ensure high-value customer experiences.
