CropX inc. seeks a Territory Manager to oversee its dealer network across Western Midwest and PNW regions. Reporting to the VP of North America Sales, the role requires 5+ years in Ag sales, dealer development, and strong communication with partners and end customers.

Ideal candidates reside in listed US states, with 30–50% travel, promoting CropX solutions, onboarding dealers, and driving year-round revenue growth through a high-performing network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience within the Ag Industry.
• Experience developing and executing dealer strategy.
• Ability to travel 30-50%+ and work independently.
• Farming knowledge and/or agronomic experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain a strong dealer network in the region to help build the precision Ag revolution.
• Drive Territory growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Maintain an active and weekly updated sales funnel that reflects revenue opportunities.
• Assist with onboarding of dealers and train both new and existing dealers.
• Work with CropX dealers to set end user customer expectations and deliver value.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, Product and R&D for high-quality customer experience.
• Effectively manage schedule and travel while working independently.
• Develop and expand the market by identifying new opportunities and enhanced solutions.
