Cornerstone Building Brands has an opportunity for a District Sales Manager to support and grow our Metallic Building Systems brand in the state of North Carolina. This role requires a sales professional with experience in building materials who thrives on relationship-building, territory growth, and fast-paced customer engagement.

This is a highly visible territory with strong brand recognition, established customer relationships, and significant opportunity to expand share of wallet and drive

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-engineered metal building industry or related building materials required.
• Proven sales/marketing or sales management experience (2+ years).
• Strong relationship-building skills with consistent follow-up.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your territory by expanding customer relationships and market share.
• Develop customer relationships with builders, direct sales opportunities, and new clients.
• Drive sales growth by balancing existing business with proactive prospecting.
