Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a District Sales Manager to support and grow our Metallic and Ceco brands in the Florida Peninsula. This role rewards a sales professional who thrives on relationship building, territory growth and fast paced customer engagement.

This highly visible territory offers strong brand recognition, established relationships, and opportunities to expand share of wallet and drive new business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in the pre‑engineered metal building industry.
• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience, or 2+ years in Building Materials.
• Experience with estimating, inside sales, engineering, or project management valued.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with consistent follow‑up.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple opportunities independently.
• Willingness to travel 50‑70% within the territory.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the assigned territory by expanding customer relationships and market share.
• Develop customer relationships with builders, direct sales, and new clients.
• Drive sales growth through proactive prospecting and new opportunities.
• Sell industry‑leading building systems across commercial, industrial, and agricultural markets.
• Support product and software training for customers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments to optimize the customer experience.
• Provide responsive customer support in a fast‑paced environment.
