Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Outside District Sales Manager to drive sales growth and retention across assigned territories. Reports to the Director of Sales and focuses on profitable growth and market development for pre-engineered metal buildings, pole barns, and wall systems.

The role requires 50-70% travel in the assigned market, strong knowledge of drafting and estimating, and the ability to translate architectural plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement viable market plans with customer analysis and growth goals.
• Understand key customers’ business and critical performance measures.
• Communicate features and benefits of Cornerstone Building Brands products to customers.
• Identify and pursue customer leads and opportunities; probe customer needs.
• Educate customers, interpret project requirements, and develop specifications.
• Generate project estimates and sales for pre-engineered metal buildings and related systems; follow up on quotes.
• Ensure pricing compliance and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer experience.
