Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a District Sales Manager to support and grow the Metallic Building Systems brand in North Carolina. The role focuses on relationship-building, territory growth, and fast-paced customer engagement across commercial, industrial, and agricultural markets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in building materials sales or sales management, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in building materials or pre-engineered metal buildings is preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills with commitment to follow-up.
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your territory by expanding customer relationships and market share.
• Develop customer relationships with builders, direct sales, and new clients to support business needs.
• Drive sales growth through proactive prospecting and new opportunity development.
• Sell industry-leading building systems across commercial, industrial, and agricultural markets.
• Provide product and software training to customers.
