Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a District Sales Manager to support and grow our Metallic Building Systems brand in North Carolina. This role emphasizes relationship-building, territory growth, and fast-paced customer engagement across commercial, industrial, and agricultural markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in the pre-engineered metal building industry is preferred.
• 2+ years of sales/marketing or sales management experience; or 2+ years in Building Materials.
• Experience with estimating, inside sales, engineering, or project management valued.
• Strong relationship-building skills with consistent customer follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own & Grow Your Territory: Manage an established territory and seek opportunities to expand market share.
• Develop Customer Relationships: Work with builders, direct sale opportunities, and new clients.
• Drive Sales Growth: Balance current business with proactive prospecting and new opportunities.
• Sell Industry‑Leading Building Systems: Represent metal building systems across markets.
