Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in North Carolina is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and grow the Metallic Building Systems brand within the state. You will manage an established territory, develop customer relationships, and drive new business growth through proactive sales efforts.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with builders and clients, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on sales growth in a fast-paced environment. Travel throughout NC is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the pre-engineered metal building industry is a plus.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships and grow territory.

Responsibilities

• Own & Grow Your Territory: Manage an established territory and identify opportunities to expand relationships.
• Develop Customer Relationships: Work with builders, direct sale opportunities, and new clients.
• Drive Sales Growth: Balance current business with proactive prospecting and new opportunities.
• Sell Industry-Leading Building Systems: Represent metal building systems across commercial, industrial, and agricultural markets.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams to optimize customer experience.
