Zusammenfassung

Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Largo, FL area. You will develop a strategic plan, build a robust pipeline, and close deals with businesses and municipalities, delivering customized waste and recycling solutions with trusted service.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure a seamless onboarding and outstanding customer experience, while growing your own book of business and meeting sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year outside sales, business development, account management, or relationship management experience.
• Ability to generate new business through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Largo, FL territory.
• Prospect daily through calls, networking, referrals, site visits and local business development.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand operations and propose tailored waste solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and forecast in CRM; meet or exceed sales targets.
