Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business, expand customer relationships, and deliver customized waste and recycling solutions across the assigned territory.

You’ll prospect daily, build a robust sales pipeline, and meet with prospective customers to understand operations, recommend solutions, and close deals. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure a seamless onboarding and exceptional service experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory.
• Prospect daily through cold calling, networking, referrals, and events.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand operations and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and service recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms while balancing customer and company goals.
• Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline updates in CRM.
