Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions; negotiate and close deals.
• Manage sales funnel and forecast; use CRM tools.
• Participate in training and sales meetings; develop prospecting skills.
• Work with leadership to improve relationship management and sales approach.
