Alsco Uniforms is hiring a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth in our Shreveport branch. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager who will train, coach, and assist you in closing new business.

After your 13-week training period, you will identify and secure new customers, build relationships, and deliver tailored linen, uniform, and facility services solutions for various industries. Join a dedicated team and work toward your financial goals while helping the branch achieve growth.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong time management and territory management skills.
• Proficient with the company CRM (Salesforce) to drive results.
• College degree preferred or two years outside sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure a smooth transition to the service team.
• Daily travel within designated sales territory and operate a company vehicle.
