Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth for the branch. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager, complete a 13-week training period, and then identify and secure new customers across the food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors that rely on linen, uniforms, and facility services.

With a dedicated team, you’ll build relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and work toward growth goals while enjoying uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong time management and territory management skills.
• Proficient with the company CRM to drive results.
• Proven history of successful sales experience and meeting weekly goals.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by managing Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
