Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant in Shreveport to drive branch growth through new business development in food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors. After training, you’ll close deals, build lasting relationships, and deliver tailored linen, uniform, and facility services.

You’ll work with a dedicated team, use Salesforce, and earn substantial commissions based on performance, with benefits and a company vehicle included.

Qualifications

• Proven history of outside sales experience.
• Strong time management and territory management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by managing Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Prepare for weekly branch growth meetings and outline upcoming installations.
• Foster relationships with new customers for smooth service handoff.
