Alsco Uniforms in Jacksonville, FL, is hiring a Sales Consultant responsible for driving branch growth by closing new business across food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors that require linen, uniforms, and facility services.

After a 13-week training period, you will identify prospects, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions. The role includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proven history of successful sales experience and ability to meet weekly goals.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by actively managing the Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers for a smooth handoff to service.
