Job summary

IDT Corporation's Retail division is seeking a driven Retail Account Manager (RAM) for a hybrid role. You will drive revenue by selling NRS POS systems, merchant services, and cash advances while managing and growing Boss Revolution products in your territory.

You'll develop a weekly route, visit stores, onboard customers, process merchant applications, and handle light tech support and inventory using IDT's systems. Strong English and Spanish, and a willingness to travel daily, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail or outside sales or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.
• Experience with merchant services or POS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales to new and existing accounts.
• Manage assigned route with weekly store visits and upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors through door-to-door prospecting.
• Onboard and support customers, manage merchant applications and light tech issues.
• Handle operations, inventory, and cash/telecom card processing with IDT systems.
