IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a dynamic Retail Account Manager to drive growth in the assigned territory with a hybrid work model. You will leverage NRS POS and merchant services to boost revenue while maintaining excellent store relationships.

The role combines consultative sales with steady account management, requiring 1–2 years in retail or outside sales, fluency in English and Spanish, reliable mobility, and proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable car.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth devices.
• Strong presentation skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales for POS, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage an assigned route with weekly store visits.
• Open new retail doors and expand presence in territory.
• Onboard customers and assist with merchant applications and light tech support.
• Handle sales, cash collections, and inventory using IDT's systems.
