Job summary

IDT Corporation's Retail division seeks a growth-minded Retail Account Manager (RAM) to drive NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances while maintaining traditional telecom products within a territory. The role blends consultative sales with steady account management and requires strong field presence and customer-facing skills.

The RAM will visit stores weekly, prospect new doors, onboard merchants, and manage inventory with IDT's systems, while traveling daily.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail sales, outside sales or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to support diverse customers.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable car, and willingness to travel daily.
• Proficient with basic MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth devices.
• Strong presentation, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales: pitch and close POS devices, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage an assigned route: visit stores weekly, ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors: prospect and go door-to-door to expand IDT/NRS presence.
• Onboard and support customers: guide merchant applications and provide light tech support.
• Handle operations and inventory: manage sales, cash collection, and telecom card inventory.
