IDT Corporation's Retail division seeks a hybrid Retail Account Manager (RAM) to grow revenue across NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances while managing traditional telecom and financial services products in the territory. This role blends consultative sales with steady account management and requires daily storefront visits.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail/outside sales, bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver's license, and comfort with CRM tools and basic tech support.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or outside sales experience, customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred to support diverse customer base.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable car, willingness to travel daily.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales for POS devices, merchant services, and cash advances to new and existing retail accounts.
• Manage an assigned route with weekly store visits to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors by prospecting and door-to-door outreach in the territory.
• Onboard and support customers through merchant applications and basic tech support for equipment.
• Handle sales, cash collections, and inventory using IDT's accounting system.
