Job summary

IDT Corporation’s National Retail Solutions is hiring a hybrid Retail Account Manager to grow our NRS POS, merchant services, and cash-advance offerings while maintaining IDT’s Boss Revolution products. You’ll visit retail accounts, onboard new merchants, and support store owners in using our solutions.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or outside sales, bilingual English/Spanish, a driving license, and willingness to travel door-to-door within your territory; a base salary with uncapped

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Prior exposure to Merchant Services, POS implementation, or route sales is a major plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to support diverse customers.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable car, and daily territory travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales for POS devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances to retail accounts.
• Manage an assigned route with a weekly cycle to visit stores and upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors by prospecting and door-to-door territory expansion.
• Onboard and support customers through merchant applications and light tech support.
• Handle operations and inventory including collections and telecom card inventory.
