Job summary

IDT Corporation's National Retail Solutions RAM role blends proactive sales with account management across a hybrid field territory in Phoenix, AZ. You will drive revenue by selling NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances while supporting traditional telecom products like Boss Revolution.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in retail or outside sales, be bilingual in English and Spanish, hold a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable with CRM tools and basic tech.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Prior exposure to Merchant Services, POS implementation, or route sales is a major plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred to support a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS Product Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close sales for NRS POS devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances.
• Manage an Assigned Route: Visit retail stores weekly, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Open New Retail Doors: Prospect and go door-to-door to expand IDT and NRS presence.
• Onboard & Support Customers: Drive merchant applications and provide light tech support on equipment.
• Handle Operations & Inventory: Manage sales, cash collections, and telecom card inventory using IDT's system.
