Job summary

IDT Corporation's Retail division seeks a motivated Hybrid Retail Account Manager (RAM) to drive growth for National Retail Solutions and related services. You will prospect, close, and manage a territory of retail accounts, balancing new-door expansion with ongoing account development.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or outside sales, bilingual English/Spanish, and mobility to travel door-to-door daily. Comprehensive benefits and on-the-job training are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred to support diverse customers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable car for territory travel.
• Proficient with basic MS Office, CRM tools, tablets and Bluetooth equipment.
• Detail-oriented, persistent, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales of POS devices, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage an assigned route with regular store visits and upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors and expand presence in the territory.
• Onboard and support customers through merchant applications and light tech support.
• Handle sales, collections, and inventory using IDT's accounting system.
