Job summary

IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a Retail Account Manager in a hybrid role to grow revenue through NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances while managing existing telecom and finance products in the Des Moines region.

The RAM will visit stores weekly, prospect for new doors, onboard customers, and provide light troubleshooting support. Required: 1–2 years in retail sales, English and Spanish fluency, reliable vehicle, and CRM/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel door-to-door within territory daily.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales for POS devices, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage an assigned route with weekly store visits to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors by prospecting and door-to-door outreach in the territory.
• Onboard and support customers through merchant applications and light tech support.
