Job summary

IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a driven Retail Account Manager (RAM) to fuel growth in small businesses. The RAM will sell the NRS portfolio—POS systems, merchant services, and cash advances—while overseeing the traditional Boss Revolution telecom and financial services products within the territory.

This hybrid role blends consultative sales with steady account management. You will visit stores weekly, onboard customers, process applications, and perform light tech

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to support diverse customers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within territory daily.
• Comfortable using basic MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales by prospecting, pitching, and closing for POS devices, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage an assigned route with weekly store visits, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors by prospecting and going door-to-door to expand IDT and NRS presence.
• Onboard and support customers by guiding merchant applications and basic tech support.
• Handle operations and inventory using IDT’s accounting system.
