Job summary

IDT Corporation's National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a dynamic Retail Account Manager to drive store-level sales and manage a route. This hybrid role focuses on growing NRS POS, merchant services, and cash-advance offerings while supporting traditional Boss Revolution products in the territory.

The RAM will prospect new accounts, visit stores regularly, train owners on using our services, and provide light troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail or outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred to support a diverse customer base.
• Valid driver's license with reliable car and willingness to travel daily.
• Comfort with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets and Bluetooth equipment.
• Strong presentation, detail-oriented, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales by prospecting, pitching, and closing with retail accounts.
• Manage an assigned route with weekly store visits and upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors and expand IDT and NRS presence in territory.
• Onboard and support customers through merchant applications and light tech support.
• Handle operations, cash collections, and inventory using IDT systems.
