Richelieu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our local business across Birmingham, AL and surrounding areas. You will manage relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers and nearby woodworkers, conducting structured, consultative sales discussions in person and virtual meetings.

The role requires self-direction, travel, and the ability to use our CRM and Microsoft Office suite to plan calls, track activity, and respond to customer needs.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, preferably outside sales within the building materials or construction industries.
• Strong self-management and time planning abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customers three to four days per week.
• Proficiency with our CRM program and MS Office suite to track activity, plan calls, and respond to requests.
• Must have own reliable transportation for field visits.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day sales activities with cabinet and furniture manufacturers and residential/commercial woodworkers in the territory.
• Engage in consultative sales discussions in person and virtually, acting as a business advisor to customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive growth.
• Use CRM to log activities, plan routes, and follow up on customer requests.
