Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our local business region in Alaska. You will manage relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers, woodworkers, and retailers, delivering consultative sales both in person and virtually.

The role requires regular field visits (3–4 days weekly), self-direction, and strong CRM/MS Office proficiency. The position offers a base salary plus monthly commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales within building materials or construction industries.
• Own reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Willing to travel regularly to customer sites (3-4 days per week).
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers and woodworkers in the territory.
• Conduct consultative sales discussions in person and virtually to grow sales.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly sales calls and territory development.
• Travel within territory to visit customers 3–4 days per week.
