FRSTeam by Rogers is seeking two driven Business Development Representatives to grow our presence in Tampa Bay and Central Florida. This role emphasizes relationship-building over transactional sales, with opportunities to develop your own territory and connect with key decision-makers.

You will engage with insurance pros, restoration contractors, property managers, and other businesses, scheduling in-person meetings, and building a robust referral network.

Formación

• Two or more years of outside sales or relationship-based sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and generate new business.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using CRM technology to manage relationships and opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout an assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and connect with potential clients and referral partners.
• Develop relationships with insurance professionals, restoration contractors, property managers, and other decision-makers.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs.
• Build a strong network of referral relationships within your territory.
