Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore in Saint Augustine, FL seeks a Field Sales Representative to drive revenue by developing referral relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and other partners. You will chase leads on fire and water events, visit agencies, and network at events to expand market share.

You will manage a territory, execute sales plans, report activities via CRM, and represent the brand professionally at all times. Local travel and after-hours work are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to fire and water events to introduce ServiceMaster Restore to property owners and key contacts on-site.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to insurance agencies, real estate offices, and property managers.
• Attend industry events and local community events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including adjusters and agents.
• Implement marketing and sales plans, track leads, and follow up on opportunities to ensure pipeline development.
• Manage an assigned territory with planned routes, visit quotas, and CRM reporting.
