Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an Outside Sales Associate to cover a territory, drive growth, and achieve uncapped earnings. You will build strong relationships with customers, manage existing accounts, and prospect new business.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside sales experience, knowledge of the building industry, and a valid driver's license. Flexibility for travel and a safety-focused mindset are essential. Base + commission options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and independently manage customers in your territory.
• Prospect new customers and grow the territory.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Process dealer orders and system-generated acknowledgements.
• Travel up to 75% within a 250-mile radius.
• Safety-sensitive position responsibilities.
