Service Partners in Arlington, TX is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage your own growing territory and drive uncapped earnings. You will build strong relationships with dealers, present solutions, and close deals while meeting diverse customer needs.

The role requires 3-5 years of outside sales, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of construction or building materials. Expect travel within a 250-mile radius, up to 75% of the time, with a base plus commission package and

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Understanding of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and dealers.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
• Deliver presentations, negotiate, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Process dealer orders and system-generated acknowledgements using computer systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
