Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a defined territory with up to a 250-mile radius and up to 75% travel. The role offers a base plus commission and uncapped earnings, with health benefits and a comprehensive PTO program.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• General Contractor/building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of insulation/building science is a plus.
• Ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
• Deliver excellent presentations, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Process dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgments.
