Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a territory in the United States, drive growth for insulation and building products, and promote the brand with top performance. You will build relationships, prospect new customers, and handle orders with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

The role offers base compensation with uncapped commissions, substantial travel (up to 75%), and a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and results.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• General contractor/building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects in territory.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity.
• Promote and grow sales for insulation and building products.
• Deliver effective presentations and negotiations; communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Process dealer orders and review system-generated acknowledgments; maintain records.
