DuraServ is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a local territory in the Miami area. You will hunt for new business, conduct site visits with industrial parks and distribution hubs, and build a robust book of business with uncapped commission potential.

You thrive on high-energy outreach, consult with facility managers and general contractors, and partner with service technicians to convert maintenance leads into long-term contracts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales in outside sales, industrial services, construction, or equipment leasing.
• Proven territory management: develop a cold territory into a profitable book.
• CRM proficiency to manage lead pipelines and technical data.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive Territory Prospecting: conduct daily cold calls and site visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Solution-Based Consulting: perform site assessments and provide custom-engineered dock/door solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with service technicians to convert maintenance leads into service contracts.
• Relationship Management: build and maintain a robust pipeline with facility managers and general contractors.
• Proposal & Quote Management: create meticulous proposals and ensure safety requirements are met.
• Market Influence: market the brand through networking, drop-ins, and professional presentations.
• Sales Cycle Ownership: manage the full process from first contact to contract close.
• Responsive Problem Solving: act as primary contact for clients during disruptions with fast solutions.
