Qualifications

• Demonstrated 2+ years in B2B outside sales or industrial services.
• Ability to prospect, diagnose client needs, and close deals.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and data.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive territory prospecting with daily cold calls and site visits.
• Conduct site assessments and propose custom dock/door solutions.
• Collaborate with service technicians to convert leads into service contracts.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline with facility managers and general contractors.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closing.
