Graybar is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base in a dedicated territory. You will visit customers at their sites, promote products, and drive sales while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, handling inquiries, and participating in events like trade shows and meetings. Travel is extensive, and a 4-year degree is preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years of industry-specific sales experience.
• 4+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of business administration, sales, and marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed annual gross margin budget by promoting and selling products in the assigned territory.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and report potential claims.
• Keep management informed of local competition and market conditions.
• Carry out sales and merchandise programs as directed; recommend new items for stock.
• Maintain current customer records and assist in collection of past due accounts.
• Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings.
