Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to grow with our team. We train you in the sales cycle and provide hands-on territory experience, with opportunities to advance, earn bonuses, and participate in incentive trips.

Youll meet business owners and decision-makers, present our supplemental insurance products, and build a robust book of business in your assigned territory. You should be tough-minded and self-starting, capable of overcoming objections, and comfortable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance products to business owners and employees in assigned territories.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face presentations with decision-makers (groups up to 50-100+).
• Respond to emails/phone inquiries and set follow-up appointments.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Coordinate with manager and team for ongoing training and development.
