Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant to drive new business in a field-based, outside sales role. You will meet with business owners and managers to present supplemental insurance products and build lasting client relationships.

You’ll manage your own schedule, balance prospecting with existing accounts, and work within a supportive team culture that emphasizes professional development and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Health & Life license or already licensed
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of outside sales experience
• Strong ability to handle objections and stay motivated

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings, group presentations and follow-ups
• Respond to client inquiries via email/phone and manage follow-ups and renewals
• Balance cold outreach with warm leads and referrals to generate new business
• Submit sales metrics and activity to the sales manager daily
