Altitude Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to engage directly with business owners and decision-makers in a defined territory. You will travel to client sites, deliver compelling presentations, and promote our supplemental insurance offerings to employees and management.

You will manage your own schedule, build a book of business, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets with training and support from the team.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales capability with a focus on building client relationships.
• Comfortable presenting to small and large groups.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and manage own schedule.

Responsabilités

• Sell supplemental insurance products to business owners and employees in the territory.
• Deliver on-site or in-person presentations to groups of 50–100+ people.
• Prospect, qualify, and set follow-up appointments with clients.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business and meet monthly/quarterly quotas.
• Report sales activity daily and coordinate with sales manager.
