Job summary

Altitude Group seeks a Direct Sales Representative to drive field-based outreach with small and mid-sized businesses. You will present supplemental insurance options, develop a local client book, and operate within a flexible schedule to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and skilled at overcoming objections. A background in sales is a plus, and licensing assistance is provided to obtain Health & Life producer credentials.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Experience in outside B2B sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Set follow-up appointments to review client needs and renewals.
• Deliver product presentations to groups of employees (50–100+).
• Build and maintain your own book of business across a territory.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with manager oversight.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
